Joe Kyrillos kicked off his U.S. Senate campaign earlier this month. Another prominent Christie ally – U.S. Rep. Jon Runyan (R-NJ) – will formally kick off his own re-election effort next week with two events (one in each county included in New Jersey’s expansive 3rd Congressional District).
The freshman congressman faces his predecessor’s widow, Democrat Shelley Adler, in a redrawn district that slightly but significantly favors the incumbent without Ms. Adler’s home base of Cherry Hill.
