This result comes through the extensive lobbying efforts led by the Governor’s Office and the benefit of a targeted tax credit.
This is of course good news for Hoboken, but – I pose the question to our readership – is this the best way to pursue job growth in New Jersey?
Do special tax credits just open the door for corrupt influence?
Is it more efficient to offer special breaks or spread that money around by lowering overall business taxes?
