With friends like these, Save Jerseyans, why is Newark Mayor Cory Booker still a Democrat?
He’s come under tremendous fire from his own party for DARING to defend capitalism from an Obama-led media assault on Sunday’s Meet the Press. Even Democrats from his own backyard if you can believe it. Among those ambusing Mayor Booker via social media is none other than New Jersey State Senator Barbara Buono (D-Metuchen).

Ironically, Buono was a leading advocate for New Jersey’s lame anti-bullying law. So much for you (and your president) practicing what you preach, Senator Buono!
This is why I truly love this story, Save Jerseyans! Once again, the Left has voluntarily let us all see the intolerant, nasty, anti-free speech – dare I say, “bullies” – that they really are! And they’re attacking Booker for what? Defending the system of venture capital responsible for building this country?
Of course, the opportunistic Buono has dual motives. She’s widely thought to be the most likely Democrat challenger to Chris Christie in next year’s gubernatorial election. Apparently she thinks Booker is still entertaining a run of his own?
Booker should take this opportunity to be his own man, or all that running into burning buildings & snow shoveling will be for naught.
Don't really care for Booker. He's another useless yuppie with a degree but zero common sense.
Kyrillos is the problem. Kyrillos has been nj snetaor for 20 years. Kyrillos did nothing for jobs in NJ with the democrats. Kyrillos did nothing in NJ about foreclosures under his watch. Kyrillos did nothing about the illegal aliens running free in Monmouth under his watch. The last thing NJ needs is a do nothing state snetaor to go federal!
