If ObamaCare’s Not a “Tax,” Then This is No Economic “Recovery” Mr. President!

Facts are stubborn things, Save Jerseyans.

And when the U.S. economy created only 80,000 jobs in June, but it’s commonly accepted by experts that the economy needs to create approximately 125,000 per month just to keep up with population growth, then the President loses all credibility when he tries to call this an economic “recovery.”

It’s as ridiculous as claiming that ObamaCare’s mandate is anything other than a tax to sell it before arguing that it IS a tax to save it!

A look under the hood of this month’s 8.2% unemployment rate is much grislier for the President’s key political constituencies.

The unemployment rate for black Americans went up to 14.4%.

Hispanic unemployment persists at the stubbornly high rate of 11%.

Overall, there are 780,000 fewer employed women since President Obama took office. I’ve discussed before how he’s waged the REAL “war on women” since women have suffered approximately 70% of the job losses under his stewardship.

Also consider that, according to eggheads over at AEI, “the broader U-6 unemployment rate, which includes “all persons marginally attached to the labor force, plus total employed part time for economic reasons,”  is 14.9%, up a bit from May.” Yikes! Mathematically, they project “it will take 219,000 net new jobs a month for unemployment rate to be below 8% on Election Day if current participation rate holds steady.”

Not going to happen!

Just like the Obama stimuli didn’t produce a 5.6% unemployment rate by now… as predicted by the White House. This isn’t working, America. He isn’t working. It’s time for a new president.
