Scenes from the NJGOP Delegation Hotel (Pre-Christie Keynote)

I’m on the ground in Florida, Save Jerseyans!

After an uneventful plane ride, I dropped in at the NJGOP Hotel at St. Pete Beach located about 30 miles away from the Convention Hall in Tampa. Saw some old friends, met new ones, and started having a great time from the time I stepped into the lobby.

Talk about an enthusiastic, spirited group! The excitement leading up to tonight’s keynote address by Governor Chris Christie is palpable. It’s like Christmas morning for these diehard Christie fans from the Garden State.

FYI – I’ll be LIVE from the convention floor later tonight. We’ll also be live streaming the Christie keynote and tweeting, too, as the big night progresses; check us out on Twitter via @SaveJersey or @SLaFrankie (hashtags: #nj2tampa and #savernc). You’re going to love our Save Jersey coverage, analysis and candid moments over the next few days.

I can’t promise my outfits will be THIS good:

  3. If you haven't measured your shoe size recently, it's a good idea to do so before buying a pair of basketball shoes. Given the fact that kids bodies are constantly changing; their shoe size does as well. Actually your feet may continue to change even when you are an adult. Any store that offers basketball shoes is prepared to measure your feet and give you a proper fitting shoe. Your basketball shoes need to fit like a glove. Keep looking and trying on shoes if you can't find one that fits snuggly.

Finding basketball shoes that are right for you don't have to be that difficult, especially if you remember the suggestions from this article. When you are playing, you shouldn't even notice your shoes.
