A-2131/S-1946 (Burzichelli, Fuentes, Benson, Lampitt, Quijano/Greenstein, Holzapfel, Madden) – Authorizes release of sex offender registration information to DHS and county welfare agencies
A-2142/S-1172 (Caputo, Johnson, Greenwald, Conaway, Lampitt/Weinberg, Singer) – w/STATEMENT UPON SIGNING – Prohibits minors under 14 years of age from using spray tanning in tanning facilities and prohibits minors under 17 years of age from using tanning beds

A-3049/S-2328 (Diegnan, Burzichelli/Gill) – Allows certain business combinations between resident domestic corporations and interested stockholders
A-3050/S-2327 (Diegnan, Burzichelli/Gill) – Allows corporate shareholder meeting participation by remote communication and clarifies remedies for dissenting shareholders
A-3123/S-2326 (Diegnan/Gill) – Revises law concerning derivative proceedings and shareholder class actions
