He’s best known to you as a former Republican National Committee Chairman, big-time political consultant and cable news show regular, but now Ed Gillespie (R-VA) is launching a bid for U.S. Senate in 2014 to take on incumbent Mark Warner:

But he wasn’t always Ed Gillespie (R-VA), Save Jerseyans. This Republican power-broker started life as Ed Gillespie (R-NJ), born to run in Mount Holly Township and raised in nearby Pemberton Township, both communities in suburban Burlington County (for those of you who never venture below the Trenton line).
