It’s freak-out time across New Jersey, folks.

Bread! Eggs! Milk! Fuel for your generators to power your electric stove to make french toast with bread, eggs, and, of course, milk. Thankfully powdered sugar and cinnamon keep without juice.

State employees (most of them) will have plenty of time for a leisurely breakfast on Thursday morning. Governor Chris Christie declared a State of Emergency on Wednesday afternoon, a move which permits greater coordination between official charged with keeping the state chugging and closing state offices on Thursday for all “non-essential” employees. All state judicial offices are closed, too, pursuant to the decision of Chief Justice Rabner.

A little friendly snow day advice from Governor Christie is below the fold; be safe out there, people… your Blogger-in-Chief cares about you…
