That’s the word which we first got from The Des Moines Register over the weekend, Save Jerseyans, relaying how “[s]ix of the seven Iowans who hopped into agribusiness millionaire Bruce Rastetter’s private jet last election cycle for a recruitment mission to the governor’s mansion in New Jersey are scheduled to reveal on Tuesday that they’re publicly backing Christie again, several sources told The Des Moines Register.“
The endorsers include some of Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad’s biggest money backers:

Denny Elwell, Chairman of Denny Elwell Company, LC

Gary Kirke, Chairman, Wild Rose Casino and Resort and Founder, Kirke Financial Services

Dr. Mike Richards, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wild Rose Casino & Resorts

Mikel Derby, Legislative Liaison for the Department of Transportation

Jim Kersten, Former Iowa State Senator
Whether it all helps is questionable; Christie is in 13th place in Iowa, averaging only 1% in the last three polls. But as Trump’s support softens in this exceedingly strange cycle, I suppose any signs of life are worth noting.
