Former Governor Christine Todd Whitman has a message for the New Jersey Republicans for whom she used to serve as party leader, Save Jerseyans: don’t vote for Trump on June 7th.
“I hope voters will express what they feel. Don’t be steamrolled into thinking you have to be for the Donald because he’s now locked up the nomination,” Whitman told NJ Advance Media on Friday. Whitman previously endorsed Kasich and confessed to being ‘ashamed’ of Chris Christie for throwing in with presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump.
