That February 2016 hug feels like it was a millennia ago, Save Jerseyans.
Chris Christie earned mostly positive critiques for his interactive convention speech on Tuesday night, urging the Cleveland RNC delegates to judge Hillary Clinton “guilty” for her many foreign policy failures and infamous ethical lapses. The crowd was certainly into it.
Who wasn’t amused?
The Hilldawg herself; she (presumably via her campaign staffers) ribbed Christie on Twitter over his own Bridgegate scandal:

The trial of former Christie underlings Bridget Anne Kelly and Bill Baroni for the now-infamous October 2013 Fort Lee lane closures is scheduled to begin on September 12th.
Two other Christie era transportation officials — former Port Authority Chairman David Samson and NJ DOT chieftain Jamie Fox — have also run afoul of the feds for indirectly related corruption charges.
