New Jersey had a very unusual Halloween four years ago, Save Jerseyans.

Governor Chris Christie, at the height of his popularity, suspended the holiday and postponed trick-or-treating in light of the widespread devastation inflicted by Hurricane Sandy throughout New Jersey’s coastal and Northeastern regions.

Much has changed since then. For many residents, not enough has changed.

How would YOU grade the state’s response to the biggest natural disaster in modern state history?
