The official list (click here) from New Jersey’s Office of Emergency Management is current as of 10:30 am today.
A lot state roads are like this stretch of Route 9 in Barnegat Township (Ocean County) pictured below. You can clearly see that the highway is impassible over on the extreme left of the photo. Route 9 parallels the Garden State Parkway and intersects with it at certain points.
