As a New Jersey resident or friend of New Jersey, I am angry and distressed that the once-prosperous Garden State is wilting under the crushing weight of big government, high taxes and rampant corruption. Liberal Democrats and Republicans have bankrupted our state and made New Jersey unaffordable for thousands of residents. Corrupt public officials have betrayed our trust, pillaged our hard earned savings and made New Jersey a national laughing stock. New Jerseyans are fleeing the state to pursue the American Dream elsewhere.

I believe now is the hour for real change. By joining the Save Jersey Movement, I am sending a message to lawmakers that Trenton must immediately and substantially change the way it does business. I should not have to leave my beloved Garden State to protect the American Dream for my family. State government should be limited, efficient, affordable and transparent. Lawmakers should protect the right of citizens to control their individual destinies and not use taxpayers’ monies for nefarious personal gain or special interest pandering.
