NEW MILFORD, N.J. — Passaic County Freeholder candidate, Frank Pietropaolo of Wayne, New Jersey kicked off his campaign to unseat Democrats on the Passaic County Freeholder Board on Tuesday evening.
The event was hosted by supporter Joseph Sanzari at his restaurant, The New Bridge Inn in New Milford.
Over 150 guests included Senator Gerald Cardinale, Assemblyman Robert Auth, Assemblywoman Betty Lou Decroce, Assemblyman Kevin Rooney, Freeholder Tom Masterangelo, Councilwoman Kelly Langschultz, Councilman Christian Barranco, Mayor Chris Vergano, future BCRO Chairman Jack Zisa and the “rumored” future Chairman of Passaic County, Peter Murphy.
Pietropaolo addressed the failures of the incumbent Democratic Freeholder Board in his remarks.
“We have one party control in Passaic County, and tax dollars are not managed efficiently by our county representatives. This needs to change now before it is too late,” Pietropaolo said. “I am running for my family and for all of you; we have deep issues in New Jersey when it comes to spending and government waste, we have got to change this, and I am going to start with Passaic County.”
