Report identifies 32,000 “questionable” voter records in New Jersey

Do we need to be worried about the integrity of rapidly approaching Election 2025?

Quite likely ‘yes’ if this report is accurate, Save Jerseyans.

On Wednesday, the Virginia-based Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) announced that it had reviewed New Jersey’s statewide voter rolls and uncovered troubling findings. Specifically, PILF found approximately 32,000 “questionable” voter records including:

  • 14,059 registered voters who were simultaneously registered in New Jersey AND another state; the leading states were unsurprisingly Florida (6,972 cases), New York (5,725), and Pennsylvania (925).
  • 15,655 registrations with inaccurate birth dates (one example: “1800-01-01″). Apparently just deeply blue Essex County has 5,100 such obviously fake or placeholder birth dates.
  • 2,507 examples of someone registered more than once at the same address.

“States have an obligation under federal law to maintain accurate rolls,” explained PILF President J. Christian Adams. “Poorly maintained voter rolls open the door to fraud and undermine confidence in our elections.”

PILF sent its finding to New Jersey Lieutenant Governor and Secretary of State Tahesha Way (which you can view by clicking here).
