This is a potentially ominous sign for Democrat gubernatorial nominee Mikie Sherrill.
“I have been trying to find a rationale to vote for Mikie Sherrill — and, frankly, as an African American, I just can’t do it, and neither can many Blacks in New Jersey,” wrote Oscar James, a former Newark Councilman in a Thursday opinion editorial published by NorthJersey.com.
