Remember, Save Jerseyans: voter fraud is a product of your imagination!
Until it’s not, right?
This week, United States Attorney David Metcalf of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania charged two individuals – including a woman registered to vote in Bergen County – of voter fraud. Specifically, Miya Pack (age 39) of Philadelphia stands accused of voting twice in the 2024 federal election, in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Here’s the press release:
The indictment alleges that Pack was registered to vote in Bergen County, New Jersey, and had been registered there since in or about 2004, and was also registered to vote in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, since in or about 2016.
The indictment further alleges that, on or about October 26, 2024, the defendant voted in person at an early voting location in Teaneck, New Jersey, casting a vote for the office of President of the United States of America.
On Election Day, November 5, 2024, as alleged in the indictment, Pack went to a polling place in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, and cast another ballot in the 2024 general election, to include a vote for the office of President of the United States of America.
Pak faces up to five years in prison for each charge and a fine of up to $250,000.
According to Philly Mag, “Pack became a local chef after leaving the United States Navy in 2012, working at the South Philly strip club Cheerleaders (which, yes, has a kitchen) before launching her own business in catering and as a private chef.”
Is this an isolated incident?
One watchdog group uncovered 32,000 “suspicious” registrations in the Garden State including 925 individuals who were presently registered to vote in both PA and NJ. In July 2025, the RNC initiated litigation with the State of New Jersey over access to voter roll maintenance records.
