The Internet is (sadly) awash in hatred at the moment, Save Jerseyans, as a shrinking but loud Leftist minority unmasks themselves in the wake of the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Some of this odious behavior is bleeding into the physical realm.
New Jersey is hardly immune.
On Saturday night, the far-Left mayor of Sparta, New Jersey (Neill Clark) not only refused to lower his town’s flags (something we’ve seen elsewhere) but also made a major scene at Saturday night’s vigil for Charlie Kirk. And not a good scene. He was booed by the crowd and, after an angry exchange with attendees, left the vigil with a police escort.
“We had children die in a Catholic mass and not a damn single one of you did anything,” a visibly angry Clark barked back at the crowd which, in turn, reacted with loud displeasure to his callous comments.
Again, we’ve witnessed plenty of horrendous words and deeds over the past week but this is an elected official!
Seeing is believing:
Check this out:
The mayor of Sparta, N.J. (Neill Clark) not only refused to lower his town’s flags to half-mast, but he also crashed a Charlie Kirk vigil on Saturday & made a complete ass out of himself.
He’s up for reelection in 2026. Will happily campaign for his opponent! pic.twitter.com/3f0OOZjpqj
