These are the sort of people which white, entitled Leftist brats are “putting their bodies on the line” to protect, Save Jerseyans. It’s important for you to remember that as we continue to absorb the emotive reactions to events in Minnesota.
On Monday, we learned that U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement (ICE) pursued a detainer against Hernando Garcia-Morales. Mr. Morales is a Mexican illegal alien who allegedly threw “a baseball-sized rock” at a school bus and gave an 8-year-old Teaneck Township girl a fractured skull.
The girl had to undergo surgery.
Garcia-Morales (pictured above) was ultimately arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault, Resisting Arrest, and Possession of Weapon among other charges. This isn’t his first rodeo. In 2006, he was arresed for possession of a weapon AND theft; in 2023, Garcia-Morales was arrested for burglary. All of these incidents occured in New Jersey.
“Violently targeting a school bus full of children is extremely wicked and heinous,” said Assistant Department of Justice Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. “Hernando Garcia-Morales should have never been in this country, let alone released after multiple arrests into New Jersey communities. ICE has lodged an arrest detainer against this monster, and we hope New Jersey’s sanctuary politicians will help us keep him off American streets for good. Under President Trump and Secretary Noem, criminal illegal aliens have no place in the U.S.”
The Garden State has been a sanctuary jurisdiction since 2018.
