The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) is targeting Nellie Pou and other house Democrats for voting AGAINST deporting illegal aliens who commit welfare fraud.
The House split 231-186 over the Deporting Fraudsters Act; all 186 NAY votes were supplied by Democrat members.
“When it mattered most, Nellie Pou, and every single one of Analilia Mejia’s fellow Democrats in the House stayed seated. New Jersey voters will continue to be reminded of this moment when Pou and House Democrats stayed glued to their seats while they had the easy choice of standing for American citizens over criminal illegal immigrants,” said NRCC Spokeswoman Maureen O’Toole

Democrats had a chance to stand up for Americans.
President Trump asked Congress, “Stand up if you believe the government’s priority should be protecting Americans over illegal immigrants.”
“American citizens, American taxpayers, American children.”
“All the Republicans stood up and clapped.”
“Democrats wouldn’t stand up.”
Not only did Democrats stay seated; they made a statement.
Spineless, shameless, completely out of touch.
If they won’t stand up for America, they have no business leading it.
