The politically-motivated mischaracterization of Florida’s “Don’t Say Gay” law (which isn’t anywhere in the bill, by the way) is still underway this week, Save Jerseyans.
Now Biden’s Surgeon General is getting in on the act.

Here’s what Dr. Vivek Murthy tweeted on Monday:
Learning that people are different and that not all families look the same—these are important lessons that start early in life, including in school. They help create a society based on understanding and respect. They help children know they belong even if they are different. 2/4

LGBTQ+ youth also deserve such proactive support. Preventing or criminalizing efforts to foster such understanding hurts kids & families. It shuts down dialogue instead of nurturing healthy conversation. And it sends a signal to LGBTQ+ youth that they are not fully accepted. 4/4

It’s clear from his tweets that the Surgeon General either (1) didn’t read the bill or (2) read it and then repeated political talking points which don’t relate in any way to the substance of the bill. Neither possibility is encouraging given that this guy is supposed to be our country’s top doctor.
Vivek is also an internal medicine doctor by background which means he knows as much about child psychology as you and I, Save Jerseyans.
Politicians like Vivek and Fauci who happen to wear white coats are not only pushing harmful, far-Left ideas that are bad for our kids, but they’re also actively contributing to a severe erosion of faith (or what faith remained) in our public institutions.
Leaders like Ron DeSantis are all that stand between our kids and a very bleak future.
