Here we go again, Save Jerseyans.
A coward who later took his own life fired on a Dallas, Texas ICE facility on Wednesday. The early evidence – including a not-very-ambiguous anti-ICE message on the bullet casings (see above) – seems to confirm the motive although I’m sure the usual media suspects will continue to plat dumb. In a particularly ugly piece of irony, the anti-ICE shooter succeeded in killing one detainee and injuring two others. No officers were hurt which we can assume wasn’t what the shooter hoped to accomplish.
We’re only two weeks removed from Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
None of this is happening in a vacuum. That should be clear by now to all but the willfully ignorant!
Matters haven’t exactly improved since Delaney Hall. The Democrats’ rhetoric remains supercharged and especially hyperbolic where ICE is concerned even after the death of Charlie Kirk. Gavin Newsom, the governor of our nation’s most populous state, joined the newly unsuspended Jimmy Kimmel on Tuesday night and equated ICE’s completely legal deportations activities to “authoritarian acts by an authoritarian government.”
“I fear that we will not have an election in 2028,” Newsom continued. “I really mean that in the core of my soul; unless we wake up to the code red, what’s happening in this country, and we wake up soberly to how serious this moment is.”
Gavin’s got plenty of company inside his party including right here on the East Coast. Less than 72 hours beforehand, New Jersey Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill went on a particularly malicious rant directed at ICE officers during her first gubernatorial debate with Jack Ciattarelli, threatening to use her hypothetical future gubernatorial powers to guarantee ICE agents can’t mask up when operating in the Garden Staten:

Democrats like Sherrill continue to dehumanize the other side of the aisle.
Psychos living among us draw inspiration of Democrats’ colorfully reckless commentary and act out violently against those whom they’ve been told are masked authoritarians lurking just out of the view of the street lamp. It’s f–king sick, and it’s resulting in carnage across the country. This isn’t a cosplay convention or a video game. People are losing their lives over politics. The Left’s inability to differentiate between reality and fiction is being fueled by their sorry excuses for “leaders” who’ve given up on persuasion and are instead using fear to motivate their shrinking base in places like New Jersey.
Mikie should apologize or resign. From Congress AND the gubernatorial race.
“Hate has no home here.” Right? I suppose that question will be answered once and for all come November 4th.
