Who’s making your life more expensive? And who’s trying to make it less?
The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) is running ads in 2026 battleground districts answering both questions including NJ-07 (home of incumbent Republican Tom Kean Jr.) and NJ-09 (represented by freshman Democrat Nellie Pou).
“After years of Democrats squeezing working Americans dry, Tom Kean Jr. stepped in and delivered real relief. Bigger paychecks, lower taxes, and proof that when Republicans and Tom Kean Jr. lead, working families come first,” explained NRCC Spokeswoman Maureen O’Toole concerning the NJ-07 ad.
NJ-07 TV AD SCRIPT:
Hardworking Americans power this country.
Clocking in early, staying late, doing whatever it takes.
Democrats made it harder to get ahead.
Spiking inflation to 40-year highs.
But Tom Kean Jr. changed that.
Voting for real tax relief that puts more money back in your pocket:

Increased the SALT cap.
And a doubled Child Tax Credit.
