I’m tired of Democrats pretending to care about “political violence” or “gun violence,” Save Jerseyans, when their rhetoric and policies remain the primary leading catalysts of both.
One of New Jersey’s nastiest old gas bags is outgoing Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman (D, NJ-12) whose recent congressional hearing rant calling for the “elimination” of the sitting president is going viral for obvious reasons in the wake of this weekend’s near tragedy at the White House press dinner.
“If we wanted to eliminate abuse and fraud, we’d eliminate the president of the United States from the office right now, and the rest of the sycophants in his administration,” Watson Coleman said at the time.
Believe it or not, she actually doubled down after her violent words were called back into question.
“Correct, I’ve been a vocal critic of Trump’s corruption, abuse of office, and violence against the American People, US Capitol Police, and civilians abroad. I’m calling for Trump to be impeached and removed from office — as I have for months,” tweeted Coleman, who is retiring from Congress at the end of the current term.
Yeah. Okay, Bonnie. Everyone knows what you really meant the first time, and no one is fooled!
She won’t be missed by anyone sane when she departs the House in January, but don’t get excited: I doubt her replacement will be any better. The Democrat Party’s bench isn’t exactly trending towards mental stability these days.
