Toms River, New Jersey’s 8th largest municipality, voted last week to condemn sanctuary statehood and urge its repeal. Matt Rooney was on hand in his capacity as Executive Director of the New Jersey Chapter of the America First Policy Institute (AFPI-NJ) to advocate for the resolution.
