“Gas prices are high and Trump said no new wars. I’m out!”
Really?
Sitting out the midterms isn’t a protest. It’s a surrender.
The closing message has to be simple: staying home doesn’t punish anyone but you and your family.
We all feel the pinch of stubborn inflation and high gas prices driven by military intervention in Iran. That’s real.
But a nuclear-armed Iran was the bigger long-term threat to energy markets and American security. The current fight has been very limited. The end is in sight. Iran is collapsing. This not Afghanistan or Iraq.
The alternative?
Democrats controlling Congress guarantees higher gas prices, exploding debt, rising interest rates, higher living costs, open borders and the systematic undoing of the policies that have lowered inflation, secured the border and restored law and order.
Staying home hands the increasingly radical Democrats the majority they need to reverse every Trump-era gain just as the positive impacts begin to kick in.
Look at what Democrats have already promised from day one:
Reopen the border and put millions of illegal immigrants on a path to citizenship.
Repeal the Trump tax cuts.
Slow domestic oil and gas production.
Grant statehood to D.C. and Puerto Rico (four new Democratic senators).
End the Senate filibuster.
Pack the Supreme Court.
Impeach the president and key cabinet members.
Punish “MAGA” Americans.
The return of Woke and the cancel culture.
Revive the “trans the kids” agenda and men in women’s sports.
Expand social-media censorship.
And gas prices will only go UP!
That’s before the DSA wing even gets started.
The agenda of the Democratic Socialists (now dominant in the Democrat party) is a thinly-veiled blueprint for the replacement of our constitution and transition to socialist control of every aspect of our lives.
This is a party that hates America.
Replace private healthcare with a government monopoly that dictates care and eliminates choice.
Treat housing as a state-granted right to impose rent control and seize market control of property.
Nationalize energy, transit and major industries under climate and “public ownership” mandates.
Confiscate private wealth through aggressive taxes and place the largest corporations under state direction.
Expand the dependent class with free college and total student-debt cancellation paid by taxpayers.
Abolish ICE, grant amnesty and voting rights to non-citizens and erase immigration enforcement.
Defund and ultimately abolish police and prisons as tools of “capitalist oppression.”
Abolish the Senate, Electoral College, independent presidency and the Supreme Court; subordinate all power to a single legislature. Mob rule.
End U.S. support for Israel, endorse the practical elimination of the Jewish state and dismantle the American military.
In short…..the end of America. Just look at Europe on fire. That is our future if these people win.
But sure. Throw your little hissy fit. It might feel good for a day. Then what?
We cannot go backwards.
We all knew this would not be easy. That the deeply embedded power of the deep state would not simply fade away. We are in an existential battle and the next few years will determine whether America survives.
Stay in the fight.
Vote for candidates that proudly love America. Tell everyone you know to stop whining and get off their asses and vote!
Or lose your country.
