After the Governor’s budget address this afternoon I had the opportunity to stay after the Assembly Chamber after most people had left and speak with Assemblyman Jay Webber for a good ten minutes. For those of you who do not know, Assemblyman Webber was the NJGOP Chairman until very recently, serves on the Assembly Budget Committee, and is the Co-Chair of the all-important Redistricting Commission.
