ONLINE POLL: Which Republican Would You Support in 2012, New Jersey?

The 2012 GOP Presidential contest continued to evolve while the first major hurricane of 2011 battered the Northeast, Save Jerseyans.

According to a brand new CNN/ORC poll, Rick Perry (27%) has built a significant lead over Mitt Romney (14%) in the bloated Republican field. Michele Bachmann comes in at 9% but the pollsters included Sarah Palin who edged the only announced female candidate out by 1%. Not a good sign for the Congresswoman! No other announced candidate, however, comes close to the two gubernatorial leaders.

Let’s have a little fun. I’ve unilaterally narrowed the field down to four contenders for our unscientific online poll below. Feel free to complain if you don’t like my choices. Then suck it up and select who you would support below if the primary election were to be held TOMORROW morning:

If the 2012 NJ GOP Presidential Primary Were Held Tomorrow, For Whom Would You Vote?

Rick Perry
Mitt Romney
Michele Bachmann
Ron Paul
None of the Above
