Happy Birthday Governor! When you get back to work tomorrow, PLEASE get advice from people in the trenches on ways to reform the education system. The dead wood is not impacted. These evaluation systems are yet another waste of money that protects the incompetent. Money better spent on resources for the kids. Someone needs to say the Emporer has no clothes on!
