GOP Governor’s 2013 Reelection Bid Marks Another Milestone in Central Jersey

A few hundred supporters packed the parking lot of an office complex in Bridgewater on Saturday to help Governor Chris Christie christen his campaign’s statewide headquarters.

CJC, his wife Mary Pat and some key legislative allies were on hand for the first major Christie campaign pep rally of the cycle; however, the Governor focused his substantive remarks on those who weren’t there:

After saving $120 billion over the next 30 years, you won’t be surprised to know that I haven’t gotten the endorsement of one of the public sector unions affected by pension and benefits reforms. But I want the votes of their members, and I will fight for the votes of every one of their members.”
