As if all of this couldn’t get any stranger, Save Jerseyans, NorthJersey.com is reporting that the feds have withdrawn (for completely unspecified reasons) their subpoena issued to David Samson…

More potentially bad news in Christie-land, Save Jerseyans.
The Wall Street Journal is reporting that, and I quote, “Manhattan federal prosecutors have subpoenaed records from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey related to the business interests of its chairman, David Samson, people familiar with the matter said Monday.”

Then came Sunday’s Asbury Park Press report, delving into not just the Samson connection but those of other key Christie associates who’ve also done very well over the past few years including John Inglesino, the Morris County attorney at the center of the sensational Rachel Canning court saga…
Keep it here for [sober] updates.
