smoking tobaccoA-3271/S-2579 (Coughlin, Ciattarelli, Lagana, Garcia/Gill) – Increases and modernizes solvency requirements for certain insurers and authority of DOBI Commissioner to regulate insurer solvency

A-3423wGR/S-2510 (Burzichelli, Riley, Watson Coleman/Sweeney, Allen) – Allows charitable assets set aside from the sale of a nonprofit hospital to a for-profit entity to be allocated to a successor nonprofit hospital acquiring the for-profit hospital

A-3629/S-2078 (Stender/Whelan) – Eliminates voter registration and in-district residency requirements for certain petition circulators; eliminates in-district residency requirement for petition circulators for partisan primary nominations; establishes petition circulator criteria

A-3815/S-2551 (Green, Burzichelli, Singleton, Johnson, Diegnan, Moriarty, Rible, Dancer, Garcia, Bramnick/Sarlo, Kyrillos) – Extends for one year expiration date of certain permits pursuant to “Permit Extension Act of 2008”

A-3926/S-2630 (Burzichelli, DiMaio, Singleton/Sarlo) – Concerns certain tobacco sales
