  1. Christie should have vetoed the “traffic calming” bill. Traffic calming is an idea put forward by people who hate cars and driving to slow down the smooth flow of cars and cause traffic jams. It includes artificially narrowing roads and putting speed bumps on streets where they endanger people on motorcycles, bikes and strollers.
