Cape May County Republicans voted to give their ballot line to Kim Guadagno on Monday night.
“Kim Guadagno is a true friend of Cape May County,” said Cape May County GOP Chairman Marcus Karavan in a statement. “As secretary of state and lieutenant governor, Kim was the promoter-in-chief for New Jersey’s crucial tourism industry and helped guide the state through significant growth in tourism jobs and visitation over the last seven years. She knows what it takes to create, attract and grow jobs in Cape May County and will bring that knowledge and experience to the governor’s office to benefit all of our citizens.”
Guadagno has also locked up “the line” in six other counties: Camden, Hudson, Ocean, Passaic, Salem and Warren.
