The South Jersey GOP hasn’t gotten a lot of love in recent years.
Claiming the Camden County Republican organization’s line on Thursday night, Kim Guadagno (remotely, from her son’s graduation from the Air Force Academy), swore to do better.
“I thank Chairman Ambrosino for his leadership in Camden County,” said Lieutenant Governor Guadagno. “South Jersey Republicans need a governor who will have their back and understands New Jersey doesn’t end at I-195. Over the last seven years, I have campaigned with South Jersey Republican candidates up and down the ticket while working to cut red tape and attract jobs like Subaru to the region. In fact, I have been in South Jersey one out of every three days as lieutenant governor.”
“As governor, I will remain committed to South Jersey – not just show up when it is time to ask for votes – and my record proves it.”
Guadagno’s other four lines are Passaic, Warren, Hudson and Ocean counties.
