Veteran N.J. GOP politico Mike Inganamort is running for Chester Township Council, Save Jerseyans.
“Talking with more than 50 residents about this opportunity—one at a time, often at their kitchen tables—has taught me a lot about our community and what we all expect from town hall and each other. It also helped bring into focus the kind of Chester Township I’d like to see in the next decade,” Inganamort announced in a Thursday e-mail blast to supporters.
Inganamort, managing principal for the strategic communications firm ASG Advisors, is a veteran of the Bob Franks, Leonard Lance, Mitt Romney and Marco Rubio campaigns among others. He’s also a past columnist for publications including The Hill and RealClearWorld.
The Morris County municipality’s government is under GOP control; two council seats are up this November.
