TOMS RIVER, N.J. — The parties are playing to their perceived (translated: polled) strengths as Election 2018 enters its final hours.
Democrats are talking preexisting conditions. Republicans — including NJ-03’s Tom MacArthur — are invoking the massive caravans (now totaling four separate columns of cumulatively 12,000 souls) trekking their way through Mexico towards the U.S. border and bringing the issue of border security back into focus.
