SCHEPISI: Phil Murphy is “crushing” the N.J. Middle Class and pointing fingers

TRENTON, N.J. — Assembly Republicans held a press conference on Thursday to push back against the latest taxes championed by Governor Phil Murphy and the dominant Democrat legislative majority.

Assemblywoman Holly Schepisi (R-39) accurately framed the current political and economic situation in New Jersey.

“Governor Murphy’s polices are harming the very people they claim they are here to support,” said Schepisi, pointing out that Democrats continue to complain about the SALT cap instead of actually tackling state and local tax burdens.
