DES MOINES, IA – Cory Booker’s presidential campaign isn’t taking off in Iowa.
A new poll released by Emerson on Monday found Booker trailing Donald Trump by 4-points in a head-to-head match up, 52% to 48%. In the Democrat Primary? Booker is stuck in 6th place at 6%, languishing just ahead of Robert “Beto” O’Rourke (5%) and behind Elizabeth Warren (7%). New Jersey’s junior senator is also running 5 points behind obscure Mayor Pete Buttigieg of South Bend, Indiana who is turning some heads in caucus campaign circles.
