More taxes and more spending appear to be on the menu for Governor Phil Murphy’s second budget speech, one which will assuredly attack criticism from Republicans, business groups, and an increasingly hostile legislative Democrat majority aligned with the anti-Murphy South Jersey political machine.
The bottom line: it’s worth watching even if the substance is painful!
