Singh readies another run for high office, this time against Booker

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – Indian American Republican activist Hirsh Singh is reportedly readying a run for U.S. Senate against Cory Booker in 2020.

The Shore News Network reported the story here.

This is Singh’s third campaign for high office.

A millennial Trump supporter, Singh ran for governor in 2017 and unsuccessfully launched a legal challenge to make the GOP gubernatorial primary debate stage

Singh later received party backing for his 2018 campaign in New Jersey’s 2nd Congressional District to succeed Frank LoBiondo; he ultimately lost the primary race to attorney Seth Grossman.

Cory Booker is presently running for president, but the New Jersey legislature and Governor Murphy enacted “Cory’s Law” to permit the incumbent to seek both the presidency and reelection in 2020 simultaneously
