HOLMDEL, N.J. – Assemblywoman Serena DiMaso (R-13) is in the clear.
On Tuesday, the New Jersey Joint Legislative Committee on Ethical Standards decided that an ethics complaint filed by fellow Monmouth County legislators Eric Houghtaling (D-11) and Joann Downey (D-11) lacked probable cause. The Democrats accused DiMaso of recording an attack robocall in July 2018 which violated the Truth-In-Caller ID Act.
