NEWARK, N.J. – Labor Day Weekend travelers at Newark Liberty International Airport’s Terminal A found themselves in a scary situation on Monday evening when an apparent false alarm (of some kind – see below) led to a temporary evacuation.
The passengers were eventually rescreened but not before chaos ensued.
Check it out:
#EWR It was determined that there was no threat in the Terminal A-3 Satellite. All passengers and employees are being rescreened as a precaution.
