Hoping to flip the suburban Philadelphia district from red-to-blue, Democrats Gina LaPlaca (a career lobbyist) and Mark Natale (a political insider) have predictably focused their own campaign’s messaging on President Trump and gun control. LD8 is considered one of the four top-targeted legislative districts for both parties this cycle.
