Protesters block Route 38 near Cherry Hill Mall

CHERRY HILL, N.J. – Route 38 near the Cherry Hill Mall was shut down on Tuesday afternoon by a large group of protesters, the latest manifestation of the ongoing unrest following the death of a Minnesota man.

Police were on the scene but, as of 4 p.m., the protest had remained peaceful albeit disruptive to a major Camden County roadway.
