NJ-04: Chris Smith leading by double-digits, favored to win reelection

TRENTON, N.J. – Republican Chris Smith is favored to start his 21st term in Congress in January.

With 62.64% reporting at 11:00 p.m., he led his Democrat opponent by about 15-points (40,000 votes).
