TRENTON, N.J. – New Jersey legislative Republicans began their independent hearings into the Phil Murphy nursing home meltdown on Friday after Democrats repeatedly refused to hold formal hearings and subpoena Murphy Administration officials.
Hearing #1 commenced on Friday at 10 a.m. via Zoom. Today’s main witness is Dr. Stephen Smith, an expert in infectious disease.
