Phil Murphy nominates first “trans” N.J. cabinet member

Phil Murphy has insisted that he’s “guided by science” since March 2020, Save Jerseyans.

In an epic act of self-contradiction, the Democrat governor nominated a “trans” cabinet member on Monday: Allison Chris Myers who, while dressed like a woman, also happens to be rocking a very visible Adam’s apple and is obviously a biological dude.

Unfortunately, politics trumps science when the politician in question harbors national aspirations.

“Thrilled to announce Allison Chris Myers as the Acting Chair and CEO of @NJCivilService,” Murphy tweeted. “Allison began her career with the U.S. Navy and has served the Civil Service Commission for over 20 years. Now, she will make history as the first transgender Cabinet Member in New Jersey.”

“As I have said many times before, it is important that the leadership in this state reflect the communities we serve, and I am looking forward to working with Allison to determine how we can better serve our state workforce,” Murphy added in a press release.
