So I’ve read the indictment.
My position is unchanged: If Trump is being charged for all of this but Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton won’t be charged for doing substantially the same thing? Then we’re officially a #bananarepublic. Partisan charging decisions? Is THIS what we’ve come to, Save Jerseyans?

I have plenty of questions as you might expect including concerning the “audio” cited throughout the charging instrument. For now, we’re pouring through a host of allegations contained in Jack Smith’s 37-count indictment (click here), among them that former President Donald Trump shared a Pentagon-drafted “plan of attack” documents with a group of individuals at his Bedminster, New Jersey golf club despite the fact that the individuals didn’t have the proper security clearance.
Smith also claims that Trump, who was no longer in office, admitted that the documents weren’t classified on tape during the first of two alleged disclosures made at Bedminster.
